Honestly, the reason why I want to rate this West Hills Ford/Mazda is because I want to give a special mention to the shuttle drivers who were all nice. When I brought my car in for diagnostics and repair (different days), they offered a free shuttle going to and from my house. I met 4 drivers in total, and all of them were really kind and nice to talk to. The overall service is good and the place is clean. It would have been 5 stars if not for the busy phone lines. They made a minor mistake of not calling me beforehand that my car wasn't done on time, but it wasn't a big deal. Free water and freshly made coffee (made to order in their cafe) is a nice touch.

Looking for a deal - got more than I expected. Yes, got the deal, but got a salesman who demonstrated a keen interest in me instead of simply selling a car. Nolan understood that selling a car starts with relationship.

My wife and I arrived to buy a new car and were not disappointed. The primary reason for selecting a Ford product for this purchase was that Ford did not accept a federal bailout during the financial crisis of 2008, the only auto manufacturer not to do so. I viewed this position as a strong patriotic gesture, one which should be rewarded by my patronage. Of course, if Ford did not have first class products, the gesture would not have been enough.
